Delete your LOKD account

To delete your LOKD account and all associated data:

    Email info@lokd.io from the email address linked to your LOKD account, with the subject "Delete my account".

    We reply with a confirmation email. Confirm the request via the link (or by replying "CONFIRM") — this verifies it's really you and protects your account from being deleted by anyone else.

  3. 3

    Once confirmed, we permanently delete your account and the personal data linked to it — email address, name, user ID, and lock/unlock session history — within 30 days.

Anonymous diagnostic and crash logs not linked to your identity may be retained up to 90 days for app-stability purposes.
