How a deployment runs
Five steps from arrival to exit.
We plan the setup with you before the event and define the entrance and exit process in advance. Nothing gets installed at the venue and nobody has to download anything.

Announce it with the ticket
Guests know the space is phone-free before they arrive through the confirmation email, event website and entrance signage.

Secure at the entrance
Guests keep their own phones. Each device goes into a LOKD Pouch, which is locked at the entrance and carried inside by the guest.

The event begins
Phones remain secured for the duration of the phone-free area. Emergency procedures and communication routes are agreed with the venue in advance.

Unlock at the exit
LOKD Openers are positioned at the designated exits. Guests place the pouch against an opener as they leave, unlocking it in one simple motion.

A clear protocol is agreed with the venue in advance for guests who do not accept the phone-free policy.

How many openers do we need?
It depends on the venue layout, number of exits and required guest flow. We size the setup with you before the event.
What if a guest needs to be reachable?
Emergency communication procedures are agreed with the venue in advance. Designated phone-use areas or staff-assisted access can also be included where needed.
Can the pouch carry sponsor branding?
Yes. Exterior logos, custom colors and branded packaging are available on request. We provide a mock-up before production begins.
Do we buy or rent?
Both options are available. Rental usually works best for one-off events, while purchasing is better suited to recurring events or permanent venue setups.
