Purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly with LOKD GmbH. Shopify is not responsible for sales or products. You release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. You and LOKD GmbH agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanton Aargau, with venue at the District Court of Kulm in Unterkulm, Switzerland.

SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 23 – CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL / RETURNS

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are in our Refund & Returns Policy. Where local law grants additional rights, they remain unaffected.

SECTION 24 – HARDWARE WARRANTY (LOKD KEY)

All LOKD Key hardware products are covered by the statutory 2-year warranty under Swiss and EU consumer law. This legal warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship existing at the time of delivery.
