Shipping policy

Processing Time
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, and all orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post or other reliable carriers. Depending on order size and destination, tracking information may be available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped to the European Union are sent with all taxes and customs included. No additional fees are charged upon delivery.

International orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. LOKD GmbH has no control over these costs or any delays caused by customs authorities.

Risk of Loss
Responsibility for loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.
