Refund policy

General
We generally do not offer refunds or returns. Exceptions apply where required by law.

European Union Customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws. This means you may cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without giving any reason.

Conditions for EU Returns

  • Products must be returned in original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We will refund the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery.

  • If returned items show wear, damage, missing parts, or missing packaging, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items, or after you provide proof of sending the return, whichever is earlier.

How to Withdraw (EU)
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us within 14 days of delivery at info@lokd.io with your order number and items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
