Agree on the format
Choose the signal-blocking pouch for sessions where phone access must stop completely, or the Camera Pouch when calls and messages should remain available but recording must be prevented. The format is agreed in advance and communicated with the invitation.

Secure at the entrance
Attendees keep their own phones. Each device is placed in a LOKD Pouch, secured at the entrance, and carried into the session by its owner.

The session runs
Phones remain secured for the agreed period. For longer sessions, designated phone-access breaks can be included in the agenda.

Define in advance how attendees who need to remain reachable can be contacted or access their phones. A consistent process avoids negotiation during the session.

We already have an NDA, do we need the pouch?
An NDA defines the legal obligation. The pouch adds a clear physical process that reduces opportunities to access, photograph, or share content during the meeting.
What about hybrid sessions on Zoom or Teams?
The device used for the video call remains accessible and connected. Attendees’ phones can be secured separately. When calls and messages must remain available, the Camera Pouch can block the physical cameras while leaving normal connectivity intact.
Is the Camera Pouch enough for a sensitive meeting?
The Camera Pouch covers the phone’s front and rear cameras while leaving calls, messages, and other phone functions available. It helps prevent photography and video recording, but it does not prevent screenshots, message forwarding, or other digital sharing. Use the signal-blocking pouch when access to the phone itself must stop.
What if someone needs an exception?
Agree on the exception before the session and define how the person can be reached or access their phone when necessary. A consistent process is easier to manage than negotiating at the entrance.
